Holotype SAMA 29–002885 ♂, Cairns, Queensland, Australia [16°55′6″S, 145°46′33″E].
Paratype(s) SAMA 29–002886 to 29–002891 2♂ 3♀, 1 larva; QM 2♀, same data as holotype
Comment: reared from larvae preying on the scale Aulacaspis australis Brimblecombe, feeding on mangrove Bruguiera gymnorrhiza (L.) Lamk. 1793 (Rhizophoraceae).
