Holotype SAMA I21384 ♂ (gall collected 15.xi.1996, adult emerged 20.xi.1996), Morialta Conservation Park, SA [138°44'E, 34°54'S].
Paratype(s) SAMA I21385-I21390 3♀, 3 pupae (emerged17-25.xi.1996), same data as holotype; SAMA 3 larvae (collected with holotype), same data as holotype; ANIC 1♂, 2♀, 2 pupae, 3 larvae (adults emerged 17-25.xi.1996, larvae collected with holotype), same data as holotype.Type host:
