GENERAL

STRUCTURE

Adult female spherical, nearly fills gall. Gall is spherical, walls are thin and brittle, the gall is dirty white in color. Adult male has purple wings (see Fuller, C. 1899. XIV. Notes and descriptions of some species of Western Australian Coccidae. Transactions of the Entomological Society of London 1899: 435–473).

ECONOMIC AND CONTROL
