Ecological Descriptors
Larva boring in stem and tying cut leaf to entrance to bore. Larval foodplant: Scott (1864) illustrated the foodplant but did not name it. On the same page he illustrated Banksia integrifolia (Proteaceae), stating it was the foodplant of Cryptophasa immaculata Scott and this illustration is very similar to the one he gave for C. bipunctata.
