Arboreal, herbivore, omnivore (host(s): Acyrthosiphon pelargonii (Kaltenbach, 1843) [APHIDIDAE]) (associated flora: Correa sp. [RUTACEAE]; Geranium sp. [GERANIACEAE]; Pelargonium sp. [GERANIACEAE]), sap-feeder, temperate, terrestrial, volant.

Extra Ecological Information

Under fallen log, overwinter as adults on ground amongst fallen-leaves, eggs oviposited singly on hairs of young stems or between leaves on abdaxial surface of leaves, feeding on dead muscid fly, feeding on rose aphid, Macrosiphum rosae (L.) (APHIDAE) under laboratory conditions.
