Notes

Huber (2015) suggests all Australian records of C.bullulus are in fact C.omissus. Taylor & Glover (2011: 26,27,29) show C.omissus from NSW and Moreton Bay, and 'C.bullulus' from Broome have nearly identical genetic data.
Taylor & Glover (2005: 323) were uncertain whether small specimens from Moreton Bay "should be referred to A.omissa or A.bullula".
