  Comment: Waterhouse & Lyell in the original description mentioned 30 males and 21 females but did not mention a type.

San Diego : Academic Press 736 pp. [438] (gave Prince of Wales Is., QLD, without explanation but probably because it was the only locality listed by Tite in 1963).

  Comment: van Eecke in the original description mentioned two males and specimens in other collections.
