Introduction
A single immature specimen of Capitimitta was reported from Selenotoca multifasciata from Causeway Lake, Queensland, Australia by Pulis & Overstreet (2013). Genetic sequence data was generated and it did not match either of the known species of Capitimitta; the authors propose that it represents an undescribed species.
