Introduction
Cantharidella rottnestensis Verco, 1911 is considered as a nomen dubium as the original description cannot be found. Wilson (1993) used this name for a Western Austraian mollusc, recording it from Rottnest Island. The name, Cantharidella rottnestensis Wilson, 1993, is available if workers wish to establish this taxon.
