• Calloodes atkinsoni Waterhouse, C.O. 1868. On two new species of Lamellicorn Beetles (Rutelidae) from N. Australia. Entomologist's Monthly Magazine 5: 8-9 [9] [original spelling Calloodes atkinsonii but accepted as C. atkinsoni based on prevailing usage, see Allsopp (2023)].

Ecological Descriptors

Adult: herbivore (associated flora: Eucalyptus gummifera (Gaertn., 1925) Hochr. [MYRTACEAE] Red Bloodwood), terrestrial, volant.

Extra Ecological Information

E. gummifera as E. corymbosa Smith; larva in sand in riverbed; adult in association with Anoplostethus laetus Rothschild and Jordan, 1894 (Rutelinae).
