- Bdelloidina Carter, H.J. 1877. Description of Bdelloidina aggregata, a new genus and species of arenaceous Foraminifera, in which their so-called "imperforation" is questioned. Annals and Magazine of Natural History 5 19 (111):(111): 201-209.
Type species:
Bdelloidina aggregata Carter, 1877 by monotypy.
Introduction
Mamo (2016) reports a Bdelloidina sp. cf. B. aggregata Carter 1877, stating that the identification is only tentative "due to the low abundance and because the specimen does not traverse the attachment surface as extensively as elsewhere. The single specimen may also be a juvenile example."
