Diagnosis

Body elongate and flattened. Head elongate-trapezoidal, with vertexal foveae nude, lateral arms of vertexal sulcus nearly parallel then abruptly transverse just posterior to sharply defined interantennal bridge. Pronotum with median discal impression, lateral antebasal foveae distinct, lacking antebasal sulcus; usually with tooth or angulation at lateral margins adjacent to foveae. Elytra with 2-4 basal foveae, with subhumeral fovea. With lateral metasternal foveae. Visible tergites 1-3 (IV-VI) with setose impressions between mediobasal foveae at bases of discal carinae; 4 (VII) longest, 1-3 (IV-VI) subequal in length.
