Ecological Descriptors

Adult: predator, terrestrial.

 

Diagnosis

Length 1.1 mm. Each elytron with three basal foveae. Male eyes with about 35 facets; median portion of vertex strongly lifted away from head to form large, posteriorly prolonged, flattened tubercle; vertex posterior to eyes slightly expanded, concave beneath vertexal tubercle. Female eyes with about 45 facets.
