    Paratype(s) BMNH 1973.2.9 mature specimen (dissected), Marlborough Highway near Bronte, S Tasmania [42°10'S 146°30'E]; BJ T33 mature specimen, Marlborough Highway near Bronte, S Tasmania [42°10'S 146°30'E]; BMNH 1973.2.10 mature specimen (dissected), Lyell Highway, 5 miles from Bronte towards Hobart [42°15'S 146°35'E]; AM W5211-5212 2 mature specimens, Tarraleah, Lyell Highway [42°20'S 146°25'E]; TMH K326 3 mature specimens: P6 dissected, P7 & P10 and 2 subadults: P8 & P9 ('sample also contains four unregistered immatures' (Blakemore 2000)), Marlborough Highway near Bronte, S Tasmania [42°10'S 146°30'E]; QVM 14:1928 5 specimens (specimens (BJ T28-32), initially retained by Professor Jamieson following his description of the species; donated to the Queen Victoria Museum, Launceston in 1991), Tarraleah, over pipeline [42°20'S 146°25'E]; BJ T34-35 not recorded, Tarraleah, Lyell Highway [42°20'S 146°25'E].
