Extra Distribution Information

Known only from Torres Strait islands; reported as quarantine interception on freighter in Brisbane in September 1999 (Java haplotype, presumably boarded ship in Lae, D. Anderson pers. comm.); nest found and eradicated in Darwin in 1998.

Introduced from New Guinea.
