Holotype BMNH NHMUK 2013.6.10.1 ♂ ("mtDNA cox2 sequence of the same specimen is deposited in GenBank with the following accession numbers: DQ116429 for the mtDNA cox2, JX535519 for ITS rDNA, and JX500049 for the rrnS"), Southern Pacific Ocean (off the New Zealand coast).
