Holotype AM W5239 (incomplete specimen, 10 thoracic chaetigers and about 12 abdominal segments, 15 mm in length, 2.5 mm diameter anteriorly), Charlotte Bay, Wallis Lake, NSW.
Paratype(s) AM W5237, W5238; BMNH ZB1973:2 (All paratypes from same locality as the holotype).
