   Holotype ANIC puparium slide (printed label bearing "Sydney NSW" has the hand written addition "near Gunnedah" added below. It seems reasonable that the correct location is "near Gunnedah" and that the location of Sydney is a facimile of this particular label), NSW, Sydney near Gunnedah [30.983S 150.250E].
