Holotype EUQ P. 1314 ♂ adult (with associated larval and pupal skins), Skull Creek (10°56'S, 142°22'E), Cape York Peninsula, QLD.
Paratype(s) EUQ 2♂ 3♀ adults, 10 larval and 3 pupal morphotypes; QM ♂ ♀ adults, 2 morphotype larvae and morphotype pupal skin; ANIC 2♂ 2♀ adults, 4 morphotype larvae, 2 morphotype pupal skin; BMNH ♂ ♀ adults, 2 morphotype larvae and morphotype pupal skin; USNM ♀ adult, 2 morphotype larvae and morphotype pupa with male terminalia mount.
