Species Aedes (Downsiomyia) shehzadae Qutubuddin, 1972

 

Introduction

This species was previously thought to be endemic to Papua New Guinea, however, it was first recorded in Australia from Kutini-Payamu (Iron Range) National Park in Cape York, Far North Queensland, by Webb et al. (2022).
