London : Leigh & Sotheby Vol. 1 & 2 xviii 920 pp. [attributed to Philemon citreogularis (Gould, 1837) by Mathews prior to mid 1920s, and later to Philemon buceroides yorki Mathews, 1912 — see Mathews, G.M., Austral Avian Rec. 5 (1923: 39); although the name may apply to the latter, based on material taken at the Endeavour River on Cook's first voyage to Australia in 1770, there is no certainty — and the type material is almost certainly lost].
