Diagnosis

Pedal disc very broad, up to 13 mm diameter. Column smooth, up to 10 mm high. Sphincter alveolar, somewhat reticular, very strong, diminishing downwards. Tentacles without thickenings at their bases, up to 110. 1 or 2 siphonoglyphs, 1-2 pairs of directives. 7-9 pairs of perfect mesenteries. Some mesenterial pairs uneven; one member perfect, the other not. Considerably more mesenteries than tentacles. Thick acontia.
