Diagnosis

Head rectangular; lacking frontal rostrum. Pronotal disc smooth, with median and lateral antebasal foveae; lacking antebasal spines between foveae; with lateral longitudinal sulci weakly to strongly defined; inner and outer pairs of basolateral foveae present. Elytra with 2 basal foveae, discal stria present. Abdomen with basolateral foveae on visible tergites 2-4 (V-VII); 1 (IV) with only short inner marginal carina at base, 2-3 (V-VI) lacking marginal carinae.
