Introduction

Damborenea & Cannon (2001) did not explicitly shift this species from Temnocephala in their review, however, here I propose that the correct placement of this species should be in Temnosewellia.

Extra Distribution Information

(as Temnocephala pygmaea); near Smithton, Tasmania, Australia; ex mouthparts Astacopsis gouldi Clark, 1936. See Hickman (1967).

Known only from type locality.

Australian Endemic.
