Extra Distribution Information
This species has a cosmopolitan distribution; it was described originally from the Galapagos Islands, and has since been recorded from Africa and Australia. Willems et al. (2004) reported this species from Arrawarra, New South Wales and Amity Point, Stradbroke Island, Queensland in intertidal environments.
