Introduction

This small plain coloured species with some brown, particularly on the scutellum, is widespread across Australia.

All stages: phloem feeder.

 

Diagnosis

This species can be distinguished by its small size (♂ 4.2–4.7 mm; ♀ 4.3–6.0 mm), brown inner margin of the forewing and scutellum often marked with brown (Webb 1983).
