Subspecies Danaus chrysippus cratippus (C. Felder, 1860)

Introduction

The subspecies Danaus chrysippus cratippus (C. Felder, 1786) was recorded and diagnosed for Australia by Braby et al. (2015) based on new material. A lectotype from Ambon (in BMNH) was designated.

Extralimital distribution—Indonesia (Lesser Sunda Ils, from Timor to Tanimbar).
