Introduction

Vitellidelos helmsiana is distinguished from V. dulcis by having stronger radial ribs on the teleoconch and a relatively narrow umbilicus.

Diagnosis

Shell small, pale yellow, subdiscoidal, spire flattened; protoconch shiny, with weak radial growth ridges, teleoconch with strong, curved radial ribs above, underside with weak spiral grooves; umbilicus relatively narrow, V-shaped; diameter 7mm.
