    Paralectotype(s) ANIC 29-38453-4 2 (Paralectotype 29-38453 has damaged single wing and one leg. Paralectotype 29-38454 has the head lacking flagellomeres, the thorax with two legs and an entire abdomen), Homebush (Sydney), NSW;
    Syntype(s) ANIC(MMUS) 3 adult (Syntypes designated as Lectotype and two Paralectotypes by Kolesik & Gagné (2016)), Homebush (Sydney), NSW.
