     Lectotype SAMA 29-004694 1 (mounted on slide; mistaken as a female by Edwards; lacks the flagellomeres and three legs), "N. Australia: Darwin".
    Paralectotype(s) SAMA 29-004695, 29-004696 2 (mounted on slides; 004695 lacks the head and legs, 004696 has retained only the hind legs and abdomen), same as lectotype;
    Syntype(s) BMNH adults (number of specimens in type series not stated in original description), Darwin, NT; ANIC 2 (Specimens, each labeled "Cotype", are pinned.), same as lectotype.
