Introduction
Unpublished genetic data indicate that Egernia stokesii aethiops is a synonym of E. stokesii badia (Doughty pers. comm. August 2012).

Found in Western Australia in the SW interior, on the Edel Land Peninsula and Peron Peninsula, and on Dirk Hartog Island and Baudin Island.
