Species Bursatella hirsuta Nimbs & Wilson, 2020

 

Introduction

According to Wells et al. (2021) the species exhibits boom-and-bust population stretegy on Rottnest Island, on an intertidal limestone platform stretching between Little Armstrong Bay and North Point. The species was present in February 2021 but had disappeared by late March 2021.
