Extra Distribution Information

Wilson (1993), no doubt based on Cernohorsky (1976), lists this species as extending southwards to Yorke Peninsula, South Australia, but that is wrong. It is not recorded from Victoria by Macpherson & Gabriel (1962), from Tasmania by Grove et al. (2006), or from South Australia by Cotton (1959). There are no specimens in the Australian Museum collection south of Shellharbour, NSW.
