Extra Distribution Information

Indonesia and Cambodia. The Australian Museum holds specimens from the Gulf of Carpentaria, but none from eastern Australia. Records from northern Queensland given by Geiger (2000) may be correct, but those given from southern Queensland and NSW are certainly not.
