Terrestrial.

Extra Ecological Information

Creek banks, in drained swamp, in pasture grass and Juncus clumps and under Blechnum. Apparently the life cycle is timed with the seasons to allow this species to inhabit areas with climatic conditions near the physiological limits of terrestrial amphipods.
