Introduction
Occurence: ?Lower Jurassic to ?Middle Jurassic, Upper Jurassic to Recent.
Diagnosis
Valves capillate, branchial loop short, crural processes may unite to form ring like loop, crural bases attached to socket ridges; hinge plates and median septum only exceptionally developed; adult lophophore spirolophous, plectolophous, or subplectolophous. From Moore (1965: H807).
