Introduction
Lambkin (2023) listed 5 specimens (4 ♂, 1 ♀) from Dauan and Saibai Islands, northern Torres Strait, Queensland, which represents the first record of the nominate subspecies from Australia. The specimens were collected in 2001, 2018 and 2020.
