Trocholaoma parvissima is readily distinguished by the minute size, almost smooth looking shell and high-domed spire.

Diagnosis

Shell minute, golden brown, trochoidal with high-domed spire; last whorl descending in front; protoconch with fine spiral lirae, teleoconch sculpture of fine, moderately crowded, radial growth lines and fine spiral lirae; umbilicus minute; diameter 1.8mm.
