Ecological Descriptors

Adult: predator, terrestrial.

Diagnosis

Length 1.3-1.4 mm. Body minutely punctate. Head with vertexal foveae near antennal tubercles, vertexal sulcus connecting foveae faint; interantennal bridge weakly defined between antennal tubercles; antennal clubs formed by apical three antennomeres. Pronotum with median discal sulcus faint; lateral longitudinal sulci faintly indicated for short distance anteriorly from lateral antebasal foveae; lateral margins straight or slightly indented adjacent to lateral antebasal foveae, convergent basally, weakly denticulate for short distance adjacent to lateral antebasal foveae, slightly constricted at base. Elytra with discal striae extending to near elytral midpoint. Male eyes formed by about 13 facets; pro- and mesofemora swollen; protrochanters angulate on mesal margins, meso- and metatibiae swollen to middles. Female eyes formed by about 5 facets.
