It is also known from Netherlands (hothouse), Morocco, Algeria, Azores; Egypt, Senegal, Angola, Gambia, Ivory Coast, Congo-Brazzaville, Kenya, Madagascar, Réunion, Mauritius, Seychelles; Pondichéry, Sri Lanka; Brazil, Argentina (Scheller 2013)
