Diagnosis

Head with broad V-shaped impression connecting setose vertexal foveae; with prominent knobbed antennal tubercles. Pronotal disc convex, with distinct antebasal sulcus; prosternum usually with median carina. Elytra each with 3-4 basal foveae, discal stria short to lacking; apicolateral angle smoothly curved. Median mesosternal foveae strongly divergent from shared opening; lateral mesosternal foveae forked. Visible tergite 1 (IV) longer than 2 (V), much longer than 3 (VI).
