Diagnosis

Shell medium-sized, silky greenish amber to pale greenish, depressedly globose to discoidal; whorls rounded above and below periphery; protoconch with coarse spiral grooves, teleoconch with very crowded, microscopic incised spiral threads; umbilcus very narrow U-shaped. Animal dark grey to black, paler grey in the middle of tripartite sole. Shell laps narrow, finnger-shaped, not fused, uniform in colour. Caudal horn large, caudal foss vertical slit in tail.
