Extralimital distribution—Indonesia (Aru Islands, Irian Jaya, Kei Islands, Maluku), Papua New Guinea.

Ecological Descriptors

Larval food plants not recorded from Australia, but on Darnley Is. larvae fed on Glycosmis trifoliata (Rutaceae), growing in rainforest.

London : British Museum 309 pp. [49] (gave the type repository); Parsons, M.J. 1998. The Butterflies of Papua New Guinea; their systematics and biology. San Diego : Academic Press 736 pp. [462] (referred to a syntype).
Type locality: Aru Is., Key Is. (designated in original description).
