Extra Distribution Information

The distribution of this species is uncertain, Michaelsen, W. 1907. Oligochaeta. In, Michaelsen, W. & Hartmeyer, R. (eds). Die Fauna Südwest-Australiens. Ergebnisse der hamburger südwest-australischen Forschungsreise 1905. Jena : Verlag von Gustav Fischer Vol. 1(2) . lists localities at Rottnest Island, Swan River (Lower W coast) and Princess Royal Harbour, Albany (SW coast) but extant labels all have the latter. The only type specimens to be mature were destroyed during WWII and remaining syntypes may represent more than one species Erséus, C. 1998. Re-examination of syntypes of the Western Australian oligochaete Clitellio abjornsoni MIchaelsen, 1907 (Tubificidae) in the Museum of Natural History, Berlin.
