Diagnosis

Head with small knobbed antennal tubercles; with V-shaped impression connecting vertexal foveae; ocular mandibular carinae prominent, notched near eyes. Pronotum with disc convex; antebasal sulcus often weak between median and lateral antebasal foveae; prosternum with rounded median ridge. Elytra with 2 basal foveae; discal stria short. Median mesosternal foveae widely separated; lateral mesosternal foveae forked internally. Visible tergite 1 (IV) longest, as long as 2-3 (V-VI) combined.
