Comment: T. von Post & O.Kuntze cite the authorship of this name as "Weberb. (Reiss.)". While A.Weberbauer in A.Engler & K.A.E.Prantl, Naturl. Pflanzenfam. III, 5: 421 (1896), indicates that one of his unranked infrageneric groups (C) within Cryptandra corresponds to Stenodiscus Reissek he does not make the combination at sectional rank.
