• Comment: Rupp indicates that he is merely providing a replacement name for one that had been misapplied by Fitzgerald and that he does not believe a description is necessary. Nonethless he includes one in Latin "in order to satisfy possible objections" and thus meets the requirements of ICN Art. 39.1 to validate the name. See ICN Art. 41 Note 3 (Shenzhen Code, 2018).
