Comment: Publication not seen; the BM copy (copies at CBG, K) only goes to p. 7. See Stafleu & Cowan, Tax. Lit. ed. 2, 6 (1986) no. 15.390 where it is stated that "PR cites 14p.". There appears to be two editions of this publication. K has photocopies with different title pages; page 3 of one version equals page 5 of the other.
