Diagnosis

Head with large setose vertexal foveae; weak antennal clubs formed by apical 3 antennomeres; ocular canthi developed as spines beneath eyes; ventrolateral margins beneath eyes concave; narrow gular carina prominent and angular; fourth segments of maxillary palpi elongate. Pronotum with 3 large subequal setose antebasal foveae. Elytra with 2 basal foveae, discal stria elongate; subhumeral foveae and sulci present. Visible tergite 1 (IV) convex at base, lacking mediobasal foveae; visible sternite 2 (IV) with basolateral sulci.
