APC Comment Infraspecific rank not recognised in NSW. The authorship of Hibbertia scandens is given as "(Willd.) König & Sims" by A.D.Chapman, Austral. Pl. Name Index 1598 (1991). However, J.C.Dryander in C.König & J.Sims (eds), Ann. Bot. 2(3): 525 (1806), does not validly make the combination as he indicates doubt about the generic placement.
